CHOICES exists to empower abortion determined women and men facing unplanned pregnancies to make healthy life choices through medical services, education and ongoing support through the love of Jesus Christ. All services are free of charge to patients and funded by individual donors and organizations in our community.
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
Our Vision
Our vision is to reach every woman in the greater Orlando area at risk for abortion so no one has to choose abortion. We want to change the fact that we are the home to 9,000+ abortions annually at 4 abortion clinics.
Orlando may be a fun place to live, work and play but the reality is that the lives of 25 babies are terminated every day in our City Beautiful!

Abortion Recovery
Women and men can find healing and freedom from the shame of their past abortions. Whether your abortion was last month or twenty years ago, we are here to provide a non-judgmental place to work through your experience. It’s time to choose again – to continue healing, to become stronger, to be restored. We count it as a privilege to come alongside you through an 8-week, faith-based CHOICES Abortion Recovery Small Group. When the Son has set you free, you are free indeed! (John 8:36)
Our History
Over forty years ago, Choices Women’s Clinic began with a simple idea: to empower women and men to make life-affirming choices. From a small Downtown Orlando location, opening in 1984 and assisting 20 women who chose life that year, to 2025 with three medical clinics to educate and encourage thousands of patients through in-person and telehealth visits.

Our team is made up of Staff, Volunteers and our volunteer Board of Directors, all of whom are dedicated to helping women and families involved in unplanned pregnancies.
Vicky Mathews
Vicky has been a leader in the pregnancy center movement for over 35 years, both nationally and locally. Her leadership is evident in her various roles: from being a pioneering director of a pregnancy center in South FL to the president of a national training organization. Vicky’s influence has extended beyond borders, as she has been a speaker both nationally and internationally, training over 1,500 pregnancy centers to grow, develop, and advance the cause of LIFE!In 2015, after 21 years, Vicky returned to the front lines and proudly serves as the Executive Director of Choices Women’s Clinic, a pregnancy medical clinic in Orlando, Florida.
