Prayer

Prayer is essential to the ministry of CHOICES. Nothing stirs the heart of God more than the power of prayer. Will you join us as we turn our hearts toward heaven, asking Him to bring a miracle to individuals and our culture? The need is great and so is our calling.
- Monthly Prayer Gathering: Join us in person on the first Wednesday of each month for a time of corporate prayer.

Volunteering Opportunities
Medical Care
Our Medical Care Volunteers provide compassionate support to women facing unplanned pregnancies by delivering essential medical services.
- Administer pregnancy tests and perform limited obstetrical ultrasounds
- Complete patient medical history intake and ensure accurate charting
- Assist with patient follow-up to ensure continuity of care and support
Ongoing Care
Ongoing Care Volunteers offer compassionate support to moms and dads who choose life, meeting practical needs and walking beside them as they grow in confidence.
- Serve as a Coach to encourage and connect with participants during class sessions
- Mentor new moms or dads as they navigate parenting and personal growth
- Share insights or expertise as a guest speaker on parenting, life skills, or faith-based topics
Helping of Hope Meals
Prepare or provide a meal to help create a warm, welcoming environment for families participating in our LEGACY Parenting Development Program.
- Cook or order a meal for moms and dads attending our LEGACY Parenting Development Program.
- Serve the meal on a Thursday evening that works best for your group or church.

Title: Nurse Practitioner
Hours Per Week: Part Time or Full Time, 2 to 4 days per week, to be determined, at all 3 clinic locations
Employment Status: Hourly Non-Exempt Employee
Position Summary: Under the leadership of the off-site Medical Director and supervision of the Medical Services Director, the Nurse Practitioner delivers quality prenatal care through patient assessment, consultation, education, medical intervention, and accurate clinical documentation.
