TITLE: Ministry Program Manager
HOURS PER WEEK: Full-time 40 Hours Per Week. Downtown Clinic M-Fri unless on-site elsewhere. Requires some flexibility to include evenings and Saturday mornings on occasion for classes and programs.

EVALUATION: 90 days and annually in January
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Program Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and overseeing all Clinic Services patient programs (such as Parenting Development, Life Skills Mentoring, Abortion Recovery, referral/resources, and ongoing care programs). This role includes the effective development, implementation, and coordination of programs, as well as the recruiting, scheduling, management, and supervision of program staff and volunteers to ensure successful patient participation and program outcomes.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- A commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior with a heart for evangelism.
- Full agreement with the Choices Women’s Clinic Mission, Statement of Faith, Statement of Principle, and policies and procedures of the clinic.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in social work or an appropriate helping field.
- Experience as a volunteer or staff member leading group classes, sessions, coaching, or program coordination.
- Experience leading, managing, and supervising staff and/or volunteers.
- Skilled in interpersonal communication, public speaking ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience and ability to lead, develop programs, take initiative, and be a self-starter.
- Provide spiritual leadership to program volunteers.
- Bi-lingual preferred.
- Dependable, stable, and capable of following through on commitments.
- Willingness, ability, and confidence to implement and follow policies and procedures.
- Flexible schedule to provide needed times and supervision of programs.
- Excellent computer skills and attention to detail (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Multi-tasking abilities, flexibility, self-motivated, and can work independently and within a team.
- Excellent organizational skills, can systemize, and follow through.
- Highly professional and maintains office professionalism/best practices at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management & Development
- Provides managerial support, direction, and supervision to program staff and volunteers within designated programs.
- Provide oversight and direction to facilitators and volunteers of programs, classes, and day-to-day program functions.
- Evaluate and assess the needs of the programs and discuss with staff and the Clinic Services Director to address changes or improvements.
- Create and develop new features, program curriculum, policies, materials, and strategies for successful program outcomes.
- Tracks and provides monthly and yearly data/statistics of all programs.
- Assist in the continual development of CHOICES educational programs for the needs of our patients.
Coordination
- Provide oversight and coordination of all activities of the programs.
- Provides and trains staff to provide general referrals and social services to patients based on needs and resources, and refers patients to community support/referrals, staying current with vetting and updating community resources.
- Fills in to lead classes and programs when needed, along with program staff/volunteer leaders.
- Recruits, schedules, and manages volunteers for the programs alongside staff/volunteers.
- Keep supplies and materials ordered that are needed to supplement programs.
- Works with marketing staff/team to implement effective strategies for program participation.
- Assist with the coordination of baby showers and provide scheduled oversight of execution.
- Help facilitate patients’ integration into Choices supporting churches and communities.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including program preparation and tracking, managing and maintaining accurate records and files, and assisting with coordinating meetings and events.
Public Relations
- Attend and fully participate in the special events of the ministry: Walk and Banquet.
- Provide on-site oversight of activities for work teams and baby showers.
- Builds and fosters strategic community partnerships to facilitate referrals and collaboration.
- Collaborate with the Development team to create promotional materials for programs.
Other
- Provide patient testimonies, photos, and referrals as needed.
- Assist the Clinic Services Director with various projects when requested.
- Willingness to consider giving and promoting the ministry initiatives for funding the ministry.
