The terms of use and privacy policy set forth in the sites is governed and interpreted under the laws of the United States of America and the State of Florida, without giving effect to its conflicts of law’s provisions. If any portion is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. At our sole discretion, we can replace or amend such provisions with another provision. This sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between us concerning the sites and any materials, communications, transmissions, or posting to the sites.

We reserve the right to revise the policy at any time by updating this posting. You agree to be bound by any such revisions should periodically read and review the same. What We Collect
We do not collect any personal information about you on this Website unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to access services on this site which include the following: you sign up to receive email or information via the mail, request information about job or volunteer opportunities, register for events, donate or other activities.
In order to provide quality services to CHOICES Supporters, we may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

- Name of your spouse or family member
- Personal interest information including the type of information you would like to receive from CHOICES, volunteer opportunities, surveys and other information to help effectively serve you.

Automatically Collected Information
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by CHOICES. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the CHOICES website.
What We Do With the Information Collected</h4
We require personally identifiable information to understand Supporter needs, to improve Supporter services and for the following reasons:
- Process donations and provide receipts for your giving. We use third parties to accept and process credit card payments for donations and other financial transactions.
- We also use this information for our legitimate interest in updating you about how your gift has been used.
- Register you for events for which we use third parties to provide these services.
- For internal record keeping.
- To improve CHOICES Supporter content and Supporter services.
- We may periodically send you emails about CHOICE’S work, giving opportunities, prayer, or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email or other address information which you have provided to us.
- We may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, or mail.
- Occasionally we may use other information including information from 3rd parties to learn about donors for the purpose of identifying other individuals who may be interested in helping reach and serve women and men facing unplanned pregnancies. This may include sharing anonymized data with cooperative database providers whose other members participate to identify people interested in their causes.
- You can change your preferences at any time by contacting us using the methods mentioned in the section below, “Controlling Your Personal Information.”
- CHOICES may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on CHOICES; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of CHOICES; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of CHOICES or the public.
